At Stock CO₂, we believe reducing environmental impact to carbon alone is a mistake. That's why every project is evaluated across 5 ecosystem dimensions: climate, biodiversity, water, soil and socio-economic. It's all about balance.

Three transparent, science-backed steps to transform field data into measurable ecosystem impact. Each project is scored out of 100 for each dimension.
Each project provides field data: planted species, surface area, agricultural practices, activated levers, and geographic location.
Our algorithms cross-reference data with scientific standards (IPCC, INRAE, INPN) to evaluate impact on each dimension.
Each project receives a score out of 100 for each dimension. The global score reflects the balance among all 5 pillars.

An exceptional reforestation project with 13 diverse species (Scots Pine, Atlas Cedar, Downy Oak, Chestnut, Service Tree…) across 15.8 ha. Its species richness and surface area deliver maximum impact across all 5 ecosystem pillars.

Every project must achieve a minimum score of 60% on each dimension. No exceptions: this threshold guarantees real, verifiable impact across all ecosystem pillars.
Let's discuss our project evaluation methodology. Our experts will explain how each dimension is measured and how we guarantee impact.

Agricultural carbon footprint measurement software
Stock CO₂ developed Carbon'Diag, an agricultural carbon footprint measurement software enabling farmers to diagnose and manage their ecological transition.
At the end of 2025, Carbon'Diag was transferred to Groupe Isagri, a specialist agricultural software publisher, to support even more farmers in their daily transition. This transfer reflects the quality and robustness of our measurement tools.
Every contribution funds projects with measurable and verifiable ecosystem impact.
